Founded in 2003 in Berlin, CSG was built on a single principle: the difference between a useful clinical trial and a wasted one is human judgement. Spreadsheets help. Software helps. But somewhere in the chain, a person has to read the protocol and say "this won't work — and here's why."
Twenty years and 150 trials later, we still do that. We're a mid-sized CRO by design — small enough that the person you meet at kickoff is the person on your study, large enough to run a 30-country phase III without flinching.
We operate as part of the IGES Group — Germany's largest independent health-research network — which gives us reach into health economics, registry research, and policy without losing the focus that makes us good at what we do.
