What data we collect and how we use it
Storage of your IP address
We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser for a strictly limited purpose and for a period of seven days, in the interest of being able to detect, contain and remedy attacks on our websites. After this period has elapsed, we delete or anonymise the IP address. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Usage data
When you visit our websites, we temporarily store so-called usage data on the basis of Article 6(1) sentence 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We use the usage data for statistical purposes, in order to improve the quality of our websites, and for security purposes. We also use this information to make our website accessible, to monitor and administer our systems, and to improve the design of our websites. These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1) sentence 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

- notification of why a request failed, where applicable
- operating system and browser software of your computer
- screen resolution

- colour depth

- and the website from which you came to our website
Contacting us
You have the option of contacting us by electronic mail and by telephone. Any data arising in this context is processed solely in order to answer your enquiry. It is passed on to third parties only where this is necessary to deal with your request. The legal basis for the use of the data arising in this context is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. CSG has a legitimate interest in being in contact with the users of the website and, where applicable, in answering questions raised or sending information. We store your data only for as long as it is required in order to answer your enquiry and provided that no retention periods prevent its deletion.
